Candidate Privacy Notice
How MIC Global Finance Ltd collects, uses, stores and protects information submitted through the Careers & Talent Portal.
1. What information MIC collects
When you apply for a vacancy or join the MIC Talent Network, MIC collects the information you provide in the application form, including personal and contact details, professional background, education, your CV, cover letter and any supporting documents you choose to upload, and your responses to role-specific assessment questions. MIC does not request national ID, passport, bank details or financial account information during the initial application; such information is only requested later, where legitimately required, during verification or onboarding.
2. Why MIC collects it
MIC collects this information to assess your suitability for the vacancy applied for, or for future vacancies through the Talent Network; to communicate with you about your application; to conduct screening, interviews and assessments; and, where an offer is made, to conduct employment and qualification verification.
3. How documents are handled
Uploaded CVs, cover letters and certificates are stored in a controlled, private document store that is not publicly accessible and is not indexed by search engines. Documents are organised by vacancy and Application ID and are only accessible to authorised MIC HR and Management users.
4. Verification
MIC may verify the accuracy of information and the authenticity of documents you submit, and may contact references, at an appropriate stage of the recruitment process.
5. Authorised access
Access to recruitment records is restricted to authorised MIC HR and Management users through a secure, authenticated Recruitment Centre. Recruitment records are kept logically and securely separate from MIC's client and transaction CRM. Access to client CRM data does not grant access to recruitment records, and access to recruitment records does not grant access to client CRM data.
6. Retention
MIC retains recruitment records for a reasonable period to support the recruitment process, maintain a Talent Network of interested candidates, and meet legitimate record-keeping needs. Candidates may request that MIC delete their information from the Talent Network at any time.

If you have questions about how your information is handled, or wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your recruitment information, please contact MIC at info@micglobalfinance.com.
8. No guarantee of outcome
Submission of an application or joining the Talent Network does not guarantee an interview, employment, or any particular recruitment outcome.
