MIC Global Finance Ltd is an independent corporate finance and investment advisory firm headquartered in Uganda, serving clients across East Africa and selected African markets. We help businesses and institutions structure opportunities, access suitable capital and execute financing, investment and strategic transactions.
Our work spans corporate finance, banking and credit advisory, capital raising, investment and transaction advisory, development finance and strategic partnerships. Many businesses and institutions across the region hold genuine potential — viable projects, growing enterprises and worthwhile ideas — yet find it difficult to convert that potential into structured, financeable opportunities. Capital exists, both locally and internationally, but it is often separated from good opportunities by gaps in preparation, structuring, documentation and access.

How we approach every engagement
We believe good advisory begins with understanding — of the client's objectives, the opportunity, and the standards institutional counterparties will apply. From there, our role is to structure, prepare and coordinate with discipline.
We are candid about what an opportunity requires and realistic about what capital providers expect. Where specialist legal, tax, audit or technical work is required, we coordinate with appropriately qualified professional partners rather than overstate our own scope.
